Key Global Events
A red Monday is expected for the European stock exchanges, down at the start of the session (-0.49% for the Dax, -0.50% for the Cac40, -0.81% for the Ftse100 and -0.80% for the Ftse Mib ) such as Wall Street futures. The situation in China is worrying the stock markets, where coronavirus infections continue to grow and protests have exploded against the rigid zero-Covid policy which forces large sections of the population into sudden, extended and prolonged lockdowns, as well as mass tests.

At 15:00 expected the speech of the governor of the ECB, Christine Lagarde, while in the evening in the USA, at 18:00 Italian time, two members of the Fomc or Bullard and Williams will speak, the former considered an ultra-hawk.

Forex & Commodities

The situation in China is putting pressure on oil prices which are falling: both Brent and WTI drop 2.4% respectively to 81.6 dollars a barrel and 74.5 dollars a barrel.
In terms of currency, the euro recovered against the dollar to 1.0420 (+0.26%) while the USDJPY lost 1% and returned to 137.75 after having stopped its descent to return to 139.4.

Index - negative performance of the Asian markets due to demonstrations in various cities of the country against Beijing's strict 'zero Covid' policy. The Hang Seng is down 1.50% and the Tokyo Nikkei is down 0.42%.
Weak futures on Wall Street, -0.38% on the Dow Jones and -0.55% on the S&P500.

EU – A week full of macroeconomic data, from inflation in the euro area on Wednesday to US Nonfarm Payrolls on Friday. While today at 10:00 today, November 28, the Eurozone's M3 money supply in October (previous: +6.3% yoy; consensus: +6.2% yoy). Also waiting for the interventions of: Christine Lagarde in front of the European Parliament and the governor of the central bank of the Netherlands Klaas Knot.

US - John Williams of the New York Federal Reserve and James Bullard of the St. Louis Fed will speak on the Fed front.
